Recently submitted plans for planning permission for a single storey rear extension which is 5.5m long and 8m wide with a flat roof. Thinking of using TR31 Kingspan insulation boards but not decided on what to use for the top. Does anyone have any suggestions as to which type of roofing cover to go for and the costs involved.
