If all accessories are off, then the alternator has a blocking diode fault.....try unplugging the alternator and see what happens.
If no joy here then try unplugging each fuse in turn to see which one is drawing current. Ideally you need a 10 amp meter in series with the positive battery lead to ascertain this.
Popular faults are the interior lighting and central locking circuits.
