Transition strip / threshold solution

[Hozier]

We have a 4.5cm gap where our patio doors have been removed. The concrete is pretty much level with the laminate but the carpet is a bit higher.

Can anyone suggest a type of strip which would deal with this transition? Also needs to be 2400mm in length.

When you say fit packing ...?

To make up any thickness from the concrete floor level to the underside of the strip.
