transition strips

I have just finished laminating the living room - the hallway is tiled flooring so where the laminate meets that in the doorway there is a height reduction of around a centimetre (ie the tiles are higher than the laminate.
I wonder of anyone can suggest the correct transition strip to use in the doorway.
Most of the reducers seem to be for where the laminate is the higher of the two surfaces.
