Fuel ok and getting hot; pump checked ok; turn up room thermostat and initial heat, but fades to luke warm radiators within 10/15 minutes. Domestic hot water piping hot. Why?

Are we talking about a TRG45/60 if so

Whats the boiler stat set at and is the boiler fan running. When was the last time boiler fan was cleaned, flue ways cleared.

Not got a spilling stat on the flue has it thats tripped.

Hot water will be fine cos gravity circulation when kindeling.Turn heating on pump runs robbing all the heat from the boiler.

Normally trips due to excessive down draught from flues that are not quite right.

The earlier TRG's didnt have them.

Anthracite of late has been quite poor causing poor burning, certainly the stuff my ma's getting from uk coal is tripe.

the local pit 500yards away.

The model is F90; slighly lacking in technology, I suspect!
Bolier stat on 4 /out of 5 ...fan ok & cleaned & flues cleared weekly.
