Trickle vents

I’ve just moved into a new house with sash windows that were newly installed around 15-20 years ago and the trickle vents are disintegrating! Trouble is I’ve been unable to find the same vents that the windows appear to have been custom cut for - can anyone help identify the brand/make? (Thanks!)

Would probably be made by widow manufacturer so look around the edges of the opening widows for writing.
Unlikely to get the same now but you never know

You might be able to find something that fits the same slot. What are the dimensions of the slot?

You could spray white as a plan B.

Clean.
Warm a can of white plastic paint
Spray
Fit back on

Forget replacements from the same manufacturer, you'll be able to find suitable replacements that fit the slot size.

The vents are disintegrating already, hence requiring replacement.
