Tripping!

The oven isn't under the hob .. It's further down the wall.
Am just going to have to hope it's ok for later or will have hungry people lol..
We had new consumer unit in 6 months ago and that obviously passed all its checks.. The only other electrical thing we have had done is a closomat toilet was put in this week for my son in downstairs bathroom but am sure it's on a completely seperate circuit so don't think it's anything to do with that .

Just because it is a separate circuit does not mean it cannot trip the RCD.
When the RCD trips does the electrics on the closomat still work?

The hob in is the work surface and the oven is built in to a unit about 4 foot away . Above the height of the work surface :)
