Triton 2 shower problems

Hi, can someone assist. Shower been working fine for last 4 years however now when on normal setting (5-6) it suddenly goes cold. Turn up temp to 8/9, flow reduces then heats up. Ok for a moment or so then gets too hot so a constant juggling act to maintain even temperature.

Is there a part that can be replaced or is the whole shower Knackered ??

Any advice helpful

clean the inlet filter.
descale the head.
check the inner shower hose is not damaged or restricted.
