Triton Opal 9.5kw Shower - No hot water.

Bought a Triton Opal 9.5 kw shower 3 years ago, until recently no problem.

Now only produces hot water on intermitent basis (i.e. 1st shower ok but if use shower 2nd time, water will not heat up despite using highest settings).

Have de-scaled the shower head and hose but made no difference.

Please advise cause of problem.
