hello,can anyone help. ive got a triton spellbind 9.5 kw shower that i bought around 2 1/2 years ago, its probebly used on average 10 times a week.yesterday while having a shower the thing caught fire,on inspection it looks like one of the heater can terminals has got so hot it has melted the outer casing of the shower,the terminal has disintergrated in to burnt fragments.there is no other damage to the shower.what has caused this to happpen?.

may i suggest you ask the insurance company, since it is them who will say yes or no, not us.
