Hi all, i'm hoping someone out there can help me with a problem on this shower, its a triton t150z that is only about 12-18 months old i went to turn it on but no power so took front cover off and saw that what looked like one of the small electrical components on the pcb had blown so ordered new board put it on and while it all powers up etc all lights on, no hot water flows thru it only cold.. the pressure is fine and i have checked across the top of the thermal cut out for continuity and power which i have both but no hot water ?? has anyone got any ideas as to the problem, could it be the heating elements??? not 100% on how to check these but was only getting 240v out of one side of these when power turned on and shower running but as mentioned not really sure what i'm checking for there, the brown cable that returns to the pcb from one of the heating elements never has 240v on it whether the shower is on and running or when it is on and not running,
thanks for reading this hope someone can help...

Could be a few reasons for the fault on this shower.
Is this the pumped or non pumped version ?

First check both elements for resistance with a multi meter, should be 10-18 ohms each pair.

Have you not got a warranty on the shower ?

Hi, thanks for your reply.

The shower is out of warranty. It doesn't have an external pump so I'm presuming it's the unpumped version. Will check what you suggest tomorrow regarding resistance & get back to you.

Thanks again
