Hi,

Hopefully someone can help. My Trition T300si remote shower is leaking constantly and has had to have the water isolated. Its leaking even when the shower is not in use and there is no power going to it. It looks like the highest point i can see water coming from is where the solenoid valve meets the stabiliser valve so hard to say which i could be. I have seen most peoples issue with the stabiliser assembly leaking is when the shower is actually in use.

I need to get it sorted but not sure which part to order and if possible would like to avoid having to order and replace both. If anyone can shed any light on it or had this issue in the past advice would be appreciated. I have attached some photos of the wate pooling at the bottom of the solenoid valve and roughly where the water seems to be coming from.

Thanks

If the shower is old, might be beneficial to replace, especially if other parts could be failing. Could be the stabiliser as the solenoid doesn’t contain water.

I thought the solonoid keeped the stabilser valve closed/ open, guess I was wrong.
