Triton T80si - cant stop water flow

I have a Triton 80si and when I turn it off, the water continues to flow. There is still hot and cold water. Even when I turn off the main switch, the water continues to flow.

The on/off switch appears to be working but it is not stopping the water flow. I suspect it might be the solenoid valve. Meanwhile I have to turn off the isolating valve. Can anyone advise me.
