A bit like cowboy builders.
They create the problem and the victims( the public) start to panic, they then claim to have the solution and the victims are so relieved that they will pay them anything they ask.

There's a lot of truth in this sadly. Not to mention the huge amounts of £££/$$$ that can be made in the wake of the mayhem created.
 
Is it possible to criticise Trumpf’s failure to put to Congress the decision to attack Irann without it immediately being assumed that in doing so you are a supporter of Teyran?

Maximum damage to irans military and the mad mullers is a success

Need some B52 strikes imo

Carpet bombing ????

Israel have top intel they can concentrate on targeting / bumping off the mad muller leadership whilst the US concentrate on military infrastructure ???

Carpet bombing is crap. It was crap in WW2, crap in Korea, crap in Vietnam and then never used again. Because it is crap. And a war crime if carried out on a city.

You might be thinking of the level of destruction that was rolled out in Gaza which was more thorough than most historical examples of carpet bombing, but that was more systematic and a lot of the destruction was done on the ground by sappers and the rest by cheaper more flexible fighter bombers.

Israel and the US are sharing targeting information.

Carpet bombing can be a war crime under the Geneva convention, Russia has done it in Ukraine and devasted areas inc, hospitals, etc. If carpet bombing was done in Iran it would destroy the place and level it to a car park. Guided missiles are the way forward.
