TRV and lockshield valves

Once a rads is full of water its full? when/if you throttle the LSV or use a TRV to automatically do so then the return temperature falls and the mean radiator temperature falls so the rad output reduces, theoreticaly if you throttle the LSV enough to only give ~ 0.15LPM/kw then the rad output is reduced to 50%, a 75C/25C flow/return temp but this flowrate is far too low as the boiler would trip at a dT of 30C, reducing boiler temperature + flow throttling will then give a satisfactory flowrate/dT and good condensing.
