TRV4 Valve stopped working.

Warm greetings friends.
The TRV4 Rad Valve is not responding to the valve and stays hot.
The valve pin is working -pressing down and springing up.

Any advice will be most appreciated.

If you have other TRV4s in the house, swap a head off a working valve onto this one. That should tell you whether its a duff head or valve. As Mottie says though, if the pin is moving, its probably the head. Heads are available separately at Screwfix.

I should have said that I fitted a new head.
I need a new head for myself.
