Tubular Heaters

I've been looking around for these for ages, does anyone know who makes a double tubular electric heater around 500-600mm long. I can only find the ones that are about a metre long. I want the output hence the double tube but not the length, there only small WC's

2 x units side by side- pretty sure there's no such thing as a made up double, just 2 x singles one over the other.
