Tumble Dryer + Chiller Shelving Combi

Afternoon all, I need some advice with some space saving ideas for my under stairs cupboard. I currently have a condensing tumble dryer and a drinks chiller in there, along with other stuff such as hoover etc. The trouble is because the dryer is towards the back of the cupboard, it is hard to acess if stuff gets put in front of it. My plan is to move the dryer to the where the chiller currently is and then put the chiller on top. To complicate matters further, the dryer would need to be about 50cm off the floor due to the gas unit and pipes being situated on the back wall floor. I have included a few pictures to explain things better. Does anyone have any suggestions on the best method for this to make sure both appliances are safe and secure?
