Hi,

I've just got a new tumble dryer and need some help on how to install the venting hose.

What I got was a venting hose, which is about 4" in diameter. One end of this fits over the output on the back of the tumble dryer - that bit's easy.

The other end, however, needs to vent to the outside. The good news is that we're putting it in the utility room where there must've been one before (we moved in a few months back) as there's a hole to the outside ready for a tumble dryer.

BUT - the diameter of that hole is about 3.25" (approx). So how would you connect the 4" venting hose to this smaller hole?

E.g. are there adapters, where one end could have the 4" venting hose attached and the other could fit snugly through the existing hole in the wall?

If so, where would I get one of these adapters?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
