Tumble dryer vent

I've had to use a piece of plastic channel for the vent on my tumble dryer, and connectors at eithe end to fit back on to the 4 inch hosecoming out the back of the Tdryer.

Do you use solvent cement to stick the channel to the connectors?

Have got the same ducting on mine and no need for solvent weld it is a tight fit, And in time you will want to split it to clean the fluff off the inside
