ive noticed that my tundish sometimes leaks!! had a closer look at it when it was dripping and noticed it leaks in the middle, where top and bottom halfs meet, looks like a crack. can i simply replace tundish? the drain pipe that the tundish is connected to has no preasure so its safe to replace.... all other systems are fine. it only leaks slightly when hot water is on. i have a oso direct 20 rd system.

any suggestions??

thanks in advance

Technically it should be someone with an unvented qual (G3) that works on your cylinder. Having said that.................. ;)

yeh ive read up on that, but its a straight fix, few spanners and ur done, 2 min job right? how much would a plumber charge to come and do it?

I have no idea what the rate is in your area. Expect him to charge a call fee and say 1/2 hrs labour. He has to make a living. £75 plus is my guess.
You are correct in that the job would be quickly done, but as I said, he has a living to make.
