turbomax boiler pressure problem

    Hi,
    My vaillant turbo max boiler had a leak on a pipe under the floor down stairs which has been repaired. I topped the boiler up with the filing loop to increase the pressure. But it drops gradully over a period of time any idea's why? also boiler runs for heating ok but won't fire up for hot water can hear water running through boiler. any help please

    You have another leak and a faulty diverter valve!

    the pipe that comes out the wall outside appears to be dripping slightly would that be the leak ?

    Anything which lets water out of the boiler is a leak and will reduce the pressure!
