TV splitter with magic eyes

I've got a coax supply to a tv fed from the RF2 outlet of a sky box I need joint into to supply a second tv.

There is no mains anywhere near so I'm looking for either a passive splitter or one which will work with power up the coax like a masthead amp does, but will also allow each TV to have a magic eye at it to control the sky box.
