Twin wall corrugated conservatory roof

I have just decided to clean my conservatory roof, but the algae has worked it's way a couple of inches inbetween the two walls. Is there a trick people have used to clean out these 'tubes'? Also, any DIY cleaners I can mix up to get stubborn moss etc off?
