It is a new class system; the rich vs the poor; the elite vs the disenfranchised: the somewheres vs the anywheres. If you are law abiding; conservative (small c): Christian; native British; working class and anti immigration you are in tier two and the authorities will make your life a misery. If you are a communist; muslim; Labour Party member; public sector employee; welfare scrounger; immigration lawyer; politician or just any type of anti- British spiteful mutant you are Tier One and have the full protection of the law and the freedom of the country.
