Tyrolean patching

Hello,

I have bit of patching up to do on the garage walls, it's tyrolean:rolleyes:

Can I use Weber one coat base render or Tarmac one coat render to do this or should I be making my own mix?

I've done it once. Hire a manuel gun that flicks it on. Is that the effect?
