Does anyone know if there is offical documentation on u-values for non-standard builds ? I am dealing with a property in the south whose external walls are a concrete aggregate mix (seems poured since no mortar joints) with a render finish. It has airholes, pebbles, and is of a dark greyish colour. The wall thickness is approx 250mm. I'm guessing its a post ww2 build.

No fines concrete with a thickness of 250mm has a u-value of 1.71W/m2 K, and a u value of 1.23W/m2 K if drywalled.
