I have had underfloor heating pipes installed in screed. Plasterer has decided to bend the pipes where they come out of screed so he can plaster behind it (He was told not to touch them) and the pipes are now deformed where he bent them. Is it best to repair them or leave as is?

They need to be repaired, otherwise the flow will be significantly impaired, and therefore the system won't work properly.

Those who damaged them should pay.

If they've been kinked/creased they're knackered, they'll almost certainly re-crease when they get warm. Technically you should take the whole lot out and start again, as you shouldn't have joints in UFH, however if the manifold is somewhere where you can keep them exposed you could probably get away with joining them, assuming of course the manufacturers make couplers for their pipe, not sure that all of them do!
