UFH pipe leak in uncommissioned system??

The 'reveal' is not a fountain in the living room, it's a test to pump water into the system (the loop of suspect pipe in this case) and seal it in. Any leak will cause a drop in pressure over the test period...perhaps only after a few minutes. If the pressure remains stable for 24 hours or more it can be considered free of leaks.
