Hi

I have a leaking JG blending valve on my UFH

The leak is on the upstairs manifold (the second manifold being downstairs)

What is the correct procedure for changing the valve body ?

? Should I isolate both manifolds with the valves then turn the water off and drain ?

Thanks for any input

Are both manifolds serviced by the same Blending valve and pump assembly? Normally there would be one for each.

You will need to isolate the manifold and valve/pump assembly from the CH system and depressurise the UFH before it can all be disconnected.

@Madrab Thank you !

If anyone comes across the same problem you can buy just the headwork for the valve here;

As suggested aboved close the manifolds, turn the water off and drain the taps at the lowest level then swap over
