I'm looking to install wet UFH across all three floors of my property. First floor is screeded system, first and second floor an overlay system, low height version with floor levelling compound.

I've had quote from a few different firms, Nu-heat and various others. I'm thinking of going with The Floor Heating Warehouse www.thefloorheatingwarehouse.co.uk

They use the pex-al-pex pipe system, which I understand from having done some independent research, is the best type of pipe to go for. Has anyone had experience with this company or indeed with this type of pipe?

Thx.

We're using Ambiente underfloor at the moment and seem to be very good, although for the next few jobs were using ESBE GFA pump stations rather than company supplied ones.

Jury is still out on thier standard pump modules. But the ones in your company brochure are terrible.... 7 out of the last 8 we installed pished water the first time they were ajusted and two changed their own settings in front of my eyes. These were supplied by NuHeat.

So is the pumps and manifolds you have issues with then?

What about the pipes, pex al pex?

Anyone used Emetti kit before? I've been seeing a lot of it used recently but I don't really get to see what the stuff is like long term.
