Hi,
How can/should you connect a small 650w generator to a domestic supply.
Say you have a power cut can you simply connect it into say the ring main? Would this backfeed through the other circuits [I realise the limititations of such a small output!]. If you turned off the main switch then there would be no feed onto the grid.
We get occasional powercuts in the winter and I just want a quick system to run the central heating and a couple of 60w lights.
Comments and suggestions welcome!
