I need to find out what the insulation class (1, 2 or 3) is on electric boiler elements. Does anybody know themselves or the best way to find out?

Class II will have a double square and no earth wires.
Class III will be under 50v so very unlikely any boiler will be class III
Class I will have an earth connection and is most likely for a boiler.
