UK source for 3/4 bsf chrome tap extension

I need 3/4 bsf chrome tap extension to bring my shower bar mixer away from the wall.
Found this is South Africa which looks perfect but cannot find anything similar in uk.

You can get them for the old bath taps as well, because as you know the tails are shorted on the new ones. But they are not BSP thread
