Neptune monobloc kitchen tap: these cheaper brands the same?

Need a new tap as mine has been dripping. Took tap head off and it was half corroded away, same underneath (only 6 years old), so decided its best to replace it with a better new one.

Saw this at homebase which we like for £110:
http://www.homebase.co.uk/webapp/wc...ay?langId=110&storeId=10151&partNumber=866724

Looked online and found this one, which is apparently the same model/brand, for £70:

and here for £60:

Then noticed that there are some that look identical, but are even cheaper, like this one (Olympus BRAND) for £17:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Lever-Chrome-Olympus-Kitchen-Mixer/dp/B0042KHBSI/ref=pd_sim_sbs_kh_1

and this one (Deva BRAND) for £38:

Anyone know if these taps are in fact all the exact same tap, but with different branding?

Thanks for the reply. My current tap is divided flow - why is that important?

Thanks for explaining that. I dont want to risk contamination so I'll have to check that dual flow one really is, and if not then find a different one I guess.
What a pain!
