un-spam an email address

I was playing one day and I accidentally spammed my work email address

been on the spam bit to remove the address but it was ages ago and the address is not there now

is there any way of un-spamming an email address now, so I can send emails to home from work :

I use outlook, and I am on, windows xp.............

On the Preferences tab, under E-mail, click Junk E-mail.
Click the Safe Senders, Safe Recipients, or Blocked Senders tab.

Check your IT rules at work allow(permit) you to send emails from work to home, ours don't, and we're not allowed to use USB memory sticks, or go on this forum , eek , someones coming .....
