Unable to turn off Aqualisa

I have a constant slow flow of water (though faster if temp gage on shower turned to cold) coming out of the shower. It is as though it will not quite turn off. Do you have any thoughts as to what I can do?

If it's an Aqualisa shower the O ring seal on the inlet may be faulty and leaking. Ring Aqualisa and see what spares are available - probably a whole new cartidge @ £100ish. As I recall old O ring can be tricky to remove and replace.
