Would like some advice if possible, is there any suggestions for quality, low cost underfloor heating? What kind of costs would you expect for a 5 metre by 3 metre floor? Is it possible to connect to the radiators? Is there a specific kind i should be after?

Also where is recommended for solid oak floor? (not for the underfloor heating, i know they don't compliment each other very well).

Cant help on all, but the ufh should not be connected to the rads, it runs colder, also needs its own t/stat & divertor.

UFH needs it's own pump and TMV (Thermostatic Mixing Valve) as it must run at a considerably lower temperature than rads normally do. Also, it's needs it's own controls as timing is different (needs to come on and go off earlier due to the high thermal mass - ie takes time to warm up and time to cool down again).
Thus, you ideally need an S-Plan system and add the UFH as a separate zone (with it's own 2 port valve) - minimum. If the boiler supports it, then you can configure the system to run the boiler at a lower temperature when only the UFH is on - which may well be more efficient if it means the boiler can condense*

* With only a small section of UFH, the boiler is likely to be running through the bypass mostly, hence it will see a high return temp - which may be too high (above about 54˚C) for the boiler to condense.
