Underfloor heating in bathroom

Hi, I recently moved into my house that has electric underfloor heating in the bathroom. The thermostat control is on the wall in the bathroom opposite the shower. After reading a few posts on this fourm I am a bit concerned about it.

I was wondering is this is allowed and if I should do anything about it?
