Not sure if i posted this in right place - apologies if its incorrect

I am having underfloor heating installed in my living room (already has 2 radiators)

The way my builder is looking to set up is as follows
Joyce then 3mm Hardboard - warm up heating mats - underlay - then laminate flooring

Is the above setup correct? do they need to screen the heating or is that suffice? i am not builder but i want to be 100% sure

Thanks

Insulation underneath?

What heating mat product is it, exactly? The Warmup website says that only their “foil” product is suitable for use under laminate.

You do realise this will be expensive to run, right?
