Underfloor heating

The plan on my new Kitchen/ dining room extension is to intsall UF heating. Can anyone recommend a brand as there are few offering the same service on the web. I will be intsalling 10mm wedi board over victorion floor boards then the product. Is the wire or the mat the best option.
The area minus kitchen units will be 4.8 x 5m

I've only ever installed Deritend mats - they seem of good quality, well thought out and the instructions are clear and comprehensive.

Do you have wet CH? If so, have you considered wet underfloor heating?
