Underfloor pipe runs

Is it ok to run plastic central heating pipes beneath a suspended timber ground floor and across the oversite? I'm thinking of doing this (after insulating the pipes, of course).

The other option is to notch the joists in the conventional way but beneath allows for much smoother bends.

id still clip them to the joists
