Been told that otherwise sludge from the rads can clog the ufh

Out of interest, is it possible to run them separate?
I'm going to be renting the flat out so want it as low maintenance as possible
not unless you install two seperate systems and boilers 
how often would I need to flush and inhibit it?
when its commisioned
then check the inhibitor level yearly
