Underlay Engineered Wood Floor in Garage Conversion

I am in the process of getting my garage converted. The floor will have have a DPM, 100mm insulation and then chipboard on top.
I am intending to lay an engineered wood floor over the top.
Given that there is already a membrane and insulation, do I still need to get underlay for the engineered wood?
Thanks for any advice.
