Underlay for lino on to floor boards

I presume I need some kind of underlay between the T&G floorboards and lino in my bathroom what is best to use. Is this stuff any good?

Thanks it's tiles at the moment with plywood. Underneath. I imagine when I take the tiles up the plywood will be no good.
