ive been looking at a house i wish to buy but problem is one room the floor is obviously dipping down in the middle all other rooms are fine no cracks anywhere on walls.ive pulled back carpets and looks like all floors are concrete with some tar looking substance over it, although when stamping feet dosent seem as solid noise like i would expect anyboby got any ideas ?
