uneven floor tiles laid

My husband has laid underfloor heating followed by a concrete base and then laid 60cm X 60cm porcelain tiles on top. Unfortunately 3 of the tiles are very uneven. What can be done if anything?

Lift them & relay new ones.

Thanks for your quick response. How can we make sure the relaid tiles will be even as I think the concrete underneath must be uneven?

If he lays them dry & they are below the level of the others, thats part way there.

Then he needs to lay them on adhesive & ensure they are level.
