Unfloor heating issues

Very random.....our downstairs has water under floor heating has 4 zones, one per room. Weirdly one room is permanently on even when the thermostat is turned down and another room is permanently off even when the thermostat is calling with the light on! I've changed both the thermostats and the same issue continues! It used to all work fine

Has anyone come across this b4?
