Hi,
I have a relatively new house, approx 4 years old, and there is a device in the airing cupboard that appears to have air in it.

It is approx 80mm diameter and 50mm in height with two fittings from the bottom, one from the top and another from the side.

The top connection is going to the vent & cold feed and the bottom two are the flow and pump.

Can anyone tell me what this fitting is called??

Many thanks

Thanks.

Do you know what it is called?? There is air in there but it is staying in there for some time. If I could find out that it is called then I may be able to find out what to do.

It's an Air Separator. WHat makes you think there's air in it?

I think there is air in it as whenever the pump is running there is a gurgling sound coming from it so I am guessing that there is air in there?? Maybe I am wrong??
