unknown hand tools

I have found these 2 small curious looking hand tools and have no idea what they are called or used for. Anybody recognizes them or got any idea?

It's a pin vice - used to hold very small items such as jewelry and in turn held in larger vice because the larger vice would not be able to grip a small item

Sorry, I'll have to pass on that one because I'm not certain. All I know is that it doesn't look like a joiners tool!

Could'n't be certain but it could be an early type of crimp tool

I thought that too, but if it was, the larger openings would be nearer to the fulcrum, more pressure exerted.
